On Friday, October 28, from 4 – 5:30 pm, you can join this International Five Star Sommelier at Saylor Hall Terrace as he guides guests on a fun and informative tasting tour of wines from around the world (with delectable cheese and charcuterie accompaniment, of course). On Saturday, October 29, from 6 – 8 pm, Porter will return to provide an outstanding wine selection to complement Pitmaster Carey Bringle’s equally outstanding porcine feast. Bringle elevates barbeque to an artform, perfected at his nationally acclaimed Nashville restaurant Peg Leg Porker, as he prepares a whole pig from tail to snout. The mouthwatering barbeque will be served with crisp salad, scrumptious side dishes, dessert, live music, games, and a whole lot of fun, all set against the backdrop of Barnsley’s majestic Manor House Ruins.
