Temporary Closure

To protect the health and safety of our colleagues, our guests and our Members, Barnsley Resort will close temporarily effective Sunday, March 22, 2020. This closure extends to overnight accommodations, restaurants, spa, retail and most resort activities. The Fazio Course is open for play starting April 24, 2020 following our annual aeration and temporary closure. Additional safety and social distancing measures are in place including one player per cart (unless players are from the same household), additional cleaning and other measures.

At Barnsley Resort, we take joy in offering a peaceful getaway for our guests, a challenging yet rewarding workplace for our colleagues, and being a trusted part of our Members’ weekly routines. Therefore, this was an extremely difficult decision to make. However, when using our core values as our guide it becomes evident that the priority must be placed on our health and safety following the guidelines issued by the CDC as well as local, state and national authorities in light of Covid-19.

For those guests who have room, dining, spa or activity reservations during this time, we will reach out to assist with rebooking at a future date or making other arrangements. For assistance with rebooking or future reservations, our Reservations Department will remain available by calling 770.773.7480 ext. 1.

For reservations made through a third party such as a travel agent or online travel agency such as Expedia, please reach out to them directly for their individual policies.
