Village Lighting Celebration

Celebrate the start of the festive season with a family friendly holiday celebration, counting down to the official lighting of the Barnsley Resort Village. Enjoy visits with Santa, seasonal refreshments, hands-on crafts for kids and live music surrounding the center of the village. Plus, enjoy rides on the Barnsley Resort Holiday Train Presented by Cartersville Museum City.
Parking passes required for off-property visitors only. Overnight resort guests and members enjoy complimentary access.

Train rides are approximately 10 minutes long and depart every hour. Guests will have the opportunity to take photos with the conductor and train for a memorable experience.

Turkey Trot Family Fun Run/Walk
9 a.m.
Burn off some calories before the Thanksgiving Day feast! Run or walk at your own pace to connect with nature on a 5K route throughout the resort’s grounds, with a one-mile option for kids!

Thanksgiving Day Buffet

Gather around the table with family or friends this Thanksgiving at Barnsley Resort. An elaborate Thanksgiving Buffet is presented in Georgian Hall featuring traditional and elevated holiday dishes, presented alongside a decadent array of desserts.
