Guided Hike to the Overlook
8:30 a.m.
Start the morning with an invigorating hike up to the scenic Overlook, offering views of the resort and surrounding hills of Northwest Georgia. This hike is brisk but moderately challenging with a short, but steep incline to reach the Overlook.

Feeding at The Farm
9 a.m.
Feed our menagerie of farm animals during this family friendly activity. Goats and miniature horses enjoy meeting resort guests during this event.

Birds of Prey Demonstration
3 p.m.
Reconnect with wildlife and learn about the birds of prey found in North Georgia. View multiple species of owls and a red-tailed hawk, all presented safely and informatively by the experts from Blue Ridge Raptors. Each participant receives a Sibley’s Guide to Raptors of Eastern North America.

Jules Presents: A Symphony of Wine & Cheese

We are going a capella with a special collaboration with Jules Executive Chef Shaun Doty, Georgia’s only Master Sommelier Michael McNeill and Atlanta’s “Cheese Guy” Raymond Hook for a celebration of French wine and cheese in the cocktail lounge and bar at our new signature restaurant, Jules. This exclusive tasting features a unique selection of boutique French cheeses from Capella Cheese in West Midtown, Atlanta, paired with wines specially selected by Michael McNeill, Director of Fine Wine for Georgia Crown. In addition to being Georgia’s only Master Sommelier, Michael is a dual recipient of the “Best Sommelier in America.”
With more than 40 years of global sourcing experience, cheese monger Raymond Hook has collaborated with producers, retailers, importers, exporters and brokers along with visiting more than 150 dairies around the world to hone his craft. Raymond has also written extensively as a food journalist.
