WINTER WONDERLAND WEDDINGS AT BARNSLEY
It was Christmas Eve in 1828 when Godfrey Barnsley wed Julia Scarborough in Savannah, Georgia, beginning a life together that would eventually lead them here and to building the manor house now known as the Ruins. Let the old manor house serve as the backdrop for your fairytale Winter Wonderland wedding and allow the elegant holiday décor and festive lights to add to the beauty of your event.

WINTER AND SUMMER WEDDINGS
Barnsley Gardens Resort is the perfect location for a Winter or Summer Destination Wedding. Our Alpine style Chapel, with its heart of pine walls and vaulted ceilings and our elegant dining rooms featuring grand wood burning fireplaces warm and enchanting venues for your event. Our Resort’s overnight accommodations are located in a European village setting, comprised of woodland cottages, boasting luxurious bedrooms and cozy living rooms for gathering friends and family.
July 1 – August 30, 2013, January - March 15, 2014 and July 1 - August 23, 2014 we are offering off-peak rates for our ceremony and reception venues.
A wedding reception of 40-74 guests will include:
• Complimentary Wedding and Reception venues
• Complimentary cake cutting services
• Wedding Coordination services
A wedding reception of 75-100 guests will include:
• Complementary Wedding and Reception venues
• Complimentary cake cutting services
• Wedding Coordination services
• A complimentary honeymoon night stay in a suite for bride & groom
• Private venue for bridal party to prepare prior to ceremony
Food & Beverage is not included in this offer. Food and Beverage minimums must be met for concessions to apply but are reduced to $80.00 per person. Taxes and gratuities are additional. Additional concessions may apply depending on the number of guests in attendance at your event.
Accommodation rates are lowest during these times as well and seasonal guestroom rates are available for all wedding groups.
BRUNCH IN THE GARDENS PACKAGE
Our Brunch in the Gardens Package includes a private ceremony and brunch reception at the Historic Ruins. Your ceremony includes rehearsal and day of ceremony coordination and shuttle service for guests to and from the Historic Ruins. The brunch reception includes a delicious brunch buffet featuring a wide selection of breakfast and light lunch items, complimentary cake cutting and three hour Mimosa and Bloody Mary service.
Site fees and food and beverage minimums waived for this package. Cake not included. Sales tax is additional.

AN AFTERNOON TO REMEMBER
Our Afternoon Wedding Package includes a private ceremony at the Historic Ruins and a reception and lunch in one of our elegant dining rooms. Your ceremony includes rehearsal and day of ceremony coordination, shuttle service for guests to and from the Historic Ruins and non-denominational minister. Your reception and lunch includes a cocktail reception featuring a selection of elegantly displayed hors d’oeuvres, a plated lunch, champagne toast, complimentary cake cutting, three hour “Select” open bar service and dance floor (if required).
Site fees and food and beverage minimums waived for this package. Cake not included. Sales tax is additional.

THE PREMIER PACKAGE
This fairytale wedding package includes a ceremony at the Perennial Lawn Arbor, overlooking the woodland gardens below, followed by dinner and dancing under the stars and memories you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
This package is required for Saturday events April 6 - June 29 and August 31 - November 9, 2013 and Saturday, events April 5 - June 28 and August 30 - November 15, 2014.
