Reminiscent of a 19th Century Village, Barnsley Gardens Resort is comprised
of 37cottage buildings, which feature 62 private guest rooms and suites.

Each room or suite is individually decorated in a refined country style, accompanied by handpicked reproductions and traditional estate items.
Manor Rooms
These cozy 400 square-foot guest rooms feature:
- King bedding
- Wet Bar with coffee service and mini fridge
- 27 inch television
- A spacious bathroom with tile shower and soaking tub
- Access to a Common Parlor

Garden Suites
These cozy 600 square-foot suites boast:
- A King size bed
- A living room with seating for 3, pine floors, 12 foot ceilings and wood burning fireplace
- 27 inch television in living room
- Wet bar with coffee service and mini fridge
- A private porch overlooking a unique garden
- Period Inspired Bathroom with claw foot style soaking tub and tiled shower
- Private entrance and Suite-side parking.

All resort accommodations are smoke free.
Garden Suites are Pet Friendly with a $75 deep cleaning fee.
Meadow Suites
These luxurious 650 square-foot suites boast:
- A King size bed
- A living room with seating for 3, pine floors, 12 foot ceilings and wood burning fireplace
- 42 inch LCD TV in the living room & 27 inch television in the bedroom
- Wet bar with coffee service and mini fridge
- A private porch overlooking a unique garden
- Period Inspired Bathroom with claw foot style soaking tub and tiled shower
- Private entrance and Suite-side parking.

This is a Pet Free Accommodation. All resort accommodations are smoke free.
Sofa Sleepers
Garden and Meadow Suites have a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room, which is available for use with a $25 daily service fee. We do not recommend sofa sleepers for adults due to their size and mattress thickness.
Smoking & Pets
All resort accommodations are Smoke Free. Please secure an accommodation with a porch for smoking and we will be happy to provide ashtrays for your use outside.
Here at Barnsley pets are guests too! Pets are allowed to stay with their owners in Garden Suites and a limited number of Arbor Cottages. A non refundable deep cleaning fee will be charged at time of confirmation for each suite or Arbor Cottage occupied by a pet. Please see individual accommodation descriptions for details.
Fees from $200-$700 per night, depending on room or cottage type, will be assessed to guests in violation of the smoking or pet policy.
Kitchens and Wetbars
A limited number of cottages feature pantry kitchens. These kitchens contain refrigerator storage and ice machines. All suites and arbor cottages feature a wetbar and mini-refrigerator with coffee/tea service for your convenience. No personal cooking or use of personal cooking appliances or grills is permitted in or outside of accommodations to ensure fire safety. Microwaves are available upon request, based on availability, with a $25 nightly fee. Should you wish to grill outside of your cottage, our catering department can arrange for a grill and grill attendant to cater your private event.
