Arbor Cottages
Our Arbor Cottages are our largest one-bedroom accommodations. Boasting a generous 1,056 square feet, the Arbor Cottages are free-standing structures for maximum privacy. They feature:
- A large bedroom with King Size bed and 32 inch LCD TV
- A living room with seating for 5, pine floors, 12 foot ceilings and wood burning fireplace
- 42 inch LCD TV
- Wet bar with mini fridge, coffee service and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages
- Private Front and Back Porches overlooking a unique garden
- Period Inspired Bathroom with a claw foot soaking tub and tiled shower
- Private Entrance and Suite-side parking
- Complimentary gourmet snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and wine service in-room
This cottage has a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room, which is available for use with a $25 daily service fee. We do not recommend sofa sleepers for adults due to their size and mattress thickness.
 A limited number of Arbor Cottages are pet friendly with a $75 deep cleaning fee.

Two Bedroom Wheaton Cottage
Boasting 1,400 square feet, The Gardener's Cottage is a two-story cottage with two bedrooms. It features:
- Oversized Bedrooms with King Beds
- A spacious living room downstairs with seating for 6, writing desk, pine floors, wood burning fireplace and dining area
- 27 inch television.
- Wet bar with mini fridge
- A small sitting area upstairs
- Private Front and Back Porches overlooking a private garden
- Two Period Inspired Bathrooms with claw foot soaking tubs and tiled showers
- Private Entrance and Suite-side parking

- An oversized great room with a dining area, wood burning fireplace and 42 inch LCD TV
- Enhanced wet bar with ice-maker and full-size refrigerator

This striking 2700 square-foot cottage features:

This spacious two-story cottage boasts 4500 square feet and features:

- Private bathrooms with tile showers and sunflower shower heads in each bedroom
- An oversized great room with a dining area, wood burning fireplace and 42 inch LCD TV.
- Enhanced wet bar with ice-maker and full-size refrigerator

Smoking & Pets
All resort accommodations are Smoke Free. Please secure an accommodation with a porch for smoking and we will be happy to provide ashtrays for your use outside.
Here at Barnsley pets are guests too! Pets are allowed to stay with their owners in Garden and Meadow Suites, the Wheaton Cottage and a limited number of Arbor Cottages. A non refundable deep cleaning fee will be charged at time of confirmation for each suite or cottage occupied by a pet. Please see individual accommodation descriptions for details.
Fees from $200-$700 per night, depending on room or cottage type, will be assessed to guests in violation of the smoking or pet policy.
Wetbars
No personal cooking or use of personal cooking appliances or grills is permitted in or outside of accommodations to ensure fire safety. Microwaves are available upon request, based on availability, with a $25 nightly fee. Should you wish to grill outside of your cottage, our catering department can arrange for a grill and grill attendant to cater your private event.
