Who do I call to arrange a really special evening?
We have our very own "Fairy Godmother" who makes magic for our guests.

When can I check-in to my room?
Our check-in time begins at 3 p.m.

Can I get into my room before 3 p.m.?
We will make every effort to get you into your room as soon as possible. To ensure that you get into your room early, it would be advisable for you to reserve the room the night before.

When is check-out time?
Check-out time ends at 11 a.m.

Can I get a late check-out?
Late check-out times can be granted on day of departure by contacting the Guest Service Agent.

Is there a late departure fee?
Yes, after 11 a.m. a $150.00 fee will be applied, after 3 p.m. a charge equal to one night's room and tax.

Do you have smoking rooms?
We do not have smoking rooms. If you smoke in your accommodation, you will be assessed an additional cleaning fee between $200.00 and $700.00.

Can I smoke on property?
Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings on the resort property.
