As a courtesy to all guests, no cell phones or pagers are
permitted in the Spa. All prices are subject to change
without notice.
Check In
Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment
time. This will give you time to get checked in, changed
into your robe, and have an unhurried transition into
the spa. Please understand that adjustments will not be
made for late arrivals. To ensure that each guest
receives their full treatment(s), appointments for late
arrivals will end at the scheduled time.
Appointment Scheduling
All appointments are booked based on availability. We
ask that you please call well in advance to ensure you
receive your request of services or therapists. We will
require a major credit card or a resort room number
and telephone number to hold your reservations.
Cancel or Re-schedule Appointment
All services are reserved specifically for you based on
availability. In order to best accommodate our guests,
we require a 24-hour notice for any changes and/or cancellations.
A cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled
service(s) will be charged for cancellations made less
than 24-hours. We regret that a lack of any notification
will result in a full billing of your scheduled service(s).
Groups
A deposit in-full must accompany your group reservation.
Accommodations are made and reserved on a first
come, first served basis. When scheduling with the
Resort or Group Coordinator, it is advisable to schedule
your group Spa appointments at that time. A special cut
off date will be arranged for you and your group, and a
cancellation policy will be established at that time. Any
questions or concerns, please call The Spa at Barnsley
Gardens Resort.
Facility Use
Facilities include Women’s and Men’s steam, sauna, and
whirlpools. A Co-ed whirlpool is located in the back of the
spa. Overnight guests of Barnsley Gardens may enjoy full
use of the spa facilities. Spa guests may enjoy spa facility
one hour before treatment or one hour after treatment. You
must be 18 years of age to use the spa facilities.
Gift Certificates
The Spa at Barnsley Gardens Gift Certificate is a great way
to introduce others to their own path of relaxation.
Certificates are available for all dollar values or service
combinations. Reservations for services must be made in
advance and are subject to availability. Certificates must be
presented at the time of check-in. Certificates are not
redeemable for cash or other substitutions nor are they
extended beyond the expiration date. We are happy to mail
certificates to you or we can have them ready for pick-up.

Safety
No person under the age of 12 will be permitted in the spa
at any time. Teens between the ages of 12-17 will be permitted
for selected services.
All guest over the age of 18. Please limit time in the steam,
sauna and whirlpools to no more than 15 minutes at a time.
Please allow cool down time between each facility, as well
as before you shower. Avoid strenuous activity immediately
after using the spa and spa facility. Please remember that
heat can be dangerous to pregnant women and people with
heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or diabetes. For
your safety we discourage alcohol consumption prior to any
spa treatments, and recommend not shaving before you
have a pedicure as well as any exfoliation treatments.
Medical Concerns
Please inform us of any medical or special needs you may
have such as: high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or
any special concerns. Please consult your doctor before
visiting a spa.
A 20% gratuity will be added on to each service upon check out.
