Deposit
At the time of booking we guarantee each reservation by taking a credit card. Six days prior to arrival, guests become responsible for each room night reserved and the credit card(s) on file will be charged for the full amount of the room reservation, including tax. Deposit requirements may vary for group bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. No refunds or payment adjustments will be made for guests who cancel or reduce the number of nights reserved once the prepayment listed above has been charged. We will not transfer this payment to a future date. However, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm and Checkout ends at 11:00 am. Luggage pick-up and storage is available for guests who wish to enjoy the property before arrival or after checkout.
We cannot grant an early check-in in advance. If you require an early check-in you may reserve your room for the evening prior to guarantee room availability.
We cannot grant late checkouts in advance. If you require a late checkout, one may be granted on the day of departure at the discretion of the Front Office Manager. A fee of $150 plus tax will apply for checkouts after 11 am but before 3 pm. For checkouts after 3 pm, the full daily rate and tax will apply.
Maximum Occupancy & Extra Person Charges
Barnsley Gardens does not offer portable bedding. Please reserve accommodation types with the appropriate occupancy limits or, for larger parties, reserve multiple accommodations. Maximum occupancy for each accommodation type is listed in the Lodging Section of this website.
Barnsley Gardens Resort does not charge extra person charges. However, a $25 daily fee will be charged for use of sofa sleepers.
*Sofa Sleepers available in a limited number of suites only. Please inquire about sofa sleepers at time of reservation if needed. Portable cribs may be provided at no additional charge, based on availability.
Pets
Pets are welcome as overnight guests in Garden Suites!
- A non refundable $75 deep cleaning fee will be charged at time of confirmation for each room occupied by a pet.
- If pets are found occupying accommodations other than Garden Suites a fee of $100 will be applied to the room account in addition to the cleaning fee above.
- Complimentary use of pet bedding and bowls for duration of stay available upon request.
- Pets must be kept on a leash when on resort property unless in the guest’s room.
- Due to health regulations, pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlet, fitness center, spa or pool area. This restriction does not apply to service animals.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on resort property.
- Guests must contact our housekeeping department to arrange for daily cleaning and turn-down times. Housekeeping services for rooms with pets require pet owner to be present, pets to be crated or pets out of the room.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the guest room if prone to bark or create other disturbances.
- If pet-walking or a pet-sitter is required, please contact our Front Office Manager with advance notice. Barnsley Gardens does not have a kennel facility, thus all pet-sitting must take place inside the guest’s room. Pet sitting is not available before check-in or after check-out time. Off-site “doggie daycare” can be recommended.
- Barnsley Gardens Resort reserves the right to charge a pet owner for any and all damages or losses resulting from their pet, including compensation made to other guests.
